Every Novia Diamonds piece is made to order in our London workshop. Please read the information below regarding production, dispatch and delivery.
Production Times
As our jewellery is made to order, production times may vary depending on the design and complexity of the piece.
Most orders are completed within approximately 2 to 5 weeks from confirmation of the order and receipt of the required payment.
Where a piece is needed for a proposal, wedding or another specific occasion, please contact us. We will always do our best to accommodate your required date, although this cannot be guaranteed.
United Kingdom Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery on all UK orders.
Completed orders are sent using a secure, fully insured next-working-day Special Delivery service. Please note that this delivery timeframe begins once your piece has been completed and dispatched, rather than from the date the order was placed.
Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. A signature will be required upon delivery, and orders will only be sent to the confirmed delivery address.
International Delivery
Novia Diamonds delivers to many countries worldwide.
International delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination, courier service and local customs procedures. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International clients may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your jewellery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Novia Diamonds cannot predict or control the amount of any local customs charges.
Tracking and Insurance
All orders are sent using secure, tracked and fully insured delivery services.
You will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Your order will remain insured while in transit and until it has been delivered to you or your nominated recipient.
Delivery Addresses and Changes
Please check that your delivery details are complete and accurate before confirming your order.
To request an address change, contact hello@noviadiamonds.com as soon as possible using the same email address provided with your order. Please include your full name, order details and the updated delivery address.
We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but amendments cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
Novia Diamonds is not responsible for additional delays or costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the client.
Delivery Delays
We take every reasonable step to ensure orders arrive within the expected timeframe. Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier disruption, customs procedures, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a delay occurs, we will assist with tracking the parcel and liaising with the delivery provider.
Lost, Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
Please contact us immediately if your parcel:
- Has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe
- Arrives visibly damaged
- Appears to have been opened or tampered with
- Is missing any part of the order
Email hello@noviadiamonds.com with your order details and photographs where applicable so that we can investigate with the delivery provider.
Please report delivery concerns within 7 days of the expected or recorded delivery date, where reasonably possible. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
